Matt is a Clinical Professor in the DAT Program at Florida International University. Matt has been the recipient of the NATA's Most Distinguished Athletic Training award, GLATA Outstanding Educator award, and a Fulbright Scholar Award. Matt is on a mission to help people enhance their leadership capacity. He is a leadership author, coach, and consultant who has worked with Fortune 500 and multinational corporations, such as the NFL, P&G, Cleveland Clinic, Brother, Airtel, The Girl Scouts, TEDx, Queensland Health, Bon Secours Mercy Health, and many others. His book on Contextual Intelligence was a Leadership Book Award winner for Innovation and Cutting Edge Perspective. He holds an adjunct faculty appointment at Griffith University in Brisbane Australia in the School of Applied Psychology and is currently the President of the World Federation of Athletic Training & Therapy (WFATT).

Jeff is Clinical Professor and Program Director of the DAT Program at Florida International University. He is an NATA Hall of Fame inductee and is a past recipient of the NATA’s Professional Development Excellence Award, NATA Service Award, NATA’s Most Distinguished Athletic Trainer Award, SEATA Educator/Administrator of the Year Award, NATA International Service Award, and The NATA Foundation’s New Initiative Award. He is an expert legal consultant and cannabis educator with clients in the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL and many athletic programs in the SEC and Big Ten. In addition to all that he has written or edited over 30 books many of which are used in CAATE-accredited professional education programs. Jeff is a Founding Partner in The Rehberg Konin Group, legal consulting and President of The International Cannabis in Sport Academy (ICSA).
